Privilege Packs
Inco replaces restrictive paywalls with an optional Privilege Pack system. All core features are 100% free, while convenience, clues, and personalization can be upgraded.

2. Sender Clues Mechanism
When an anonymous question arrives, recipients with an active Plus or Pro tier can click View Sender Clues to inspect subtle hints about the author:
Level 1 Clues (Plus Tier):
- Nitro Status: Indicates whether the author currently has an active Discord Nitro badge.
- Scrambled Name Fragment: Displays an anagram or scrambled subset of characters from the author's display name.
Level 2 Clues (Pro Tier):
- Account Creation Year: Reveals the year the author's Discord account was registered.
- HypeSquad House: Reveals Bravery, Brilliance, Balance, or None.
- Letter Pattern: Reveals positional hints such as the first or last letter of their handle.
Important clarification
Sender clues are intended as playful hints, not definitive identification. Inco never displays the full name or avatar of an anonymous sender to the recipient.
3. Payment & Activation Workflows
Inco supports two flexible payment mechanisms:
Method A: TrueMoney Gift Voucher Automation
- Create a TrueMoney gift voucher for the appropriate tier amount.
- Copy the voucher claim URL (e.g.
https://gift.truemoney.com/campaign/?v=...). - Execute the slash command directly in any server or DM:
/redeem voucher_link:https://gift.truemoney.com/campaign/?v=... - Inco's automated backend claims the voucher in real-time, records the transaction, and instantly upgrades your account for 30 days.
Method B: Discord Native Server Subscriptions
- Join the official Inco Mutual Hub.
- Navigate to Server Subscriptions and choose Plus or Pro.
- Discord handles recurring payments with Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, or credit card.
- Inco automatically assigns the appropriate tier role and synchronizes your privileges across all servers.
4. Expiry & Downgrade Safety
If a subscription expires or is canceled:
- Your account seamlessly transitions back to the Free tier.
- No question box history, blocks, or user data is ever deleted.
- Your inbox returns to the standby 3-hour presence buffer model.
