Mutual Hub
The Inco Mutual Hub serves as an architectural bridge for DM delivery, native Discord subscription processing, and community support.

The official Inco Mutual Hub is accessible at discord.gg/PkFXp468bV.
1. DM Bridge Gateway
Discord enforces strict privacy rules on bot-to-user Direct Messages:
- A bot cannot send a direct message to a user unless they share at least one mutual server in common and the user allows direct messages from server members.
- If a user disables direct messages or leaves all shared servers where Inco is present, any DM delivery attempt will fail with:
discord.Forbidden: 403 Forbidden (error code: 50007): Cannot send messages to this userThe Mutual Hub solves this gracefully: by joining the Hub, users instantly establish a shared server bridge with Inco, allowing messages to be delivered directly to their DMs without requiring the bot to be added to every private server.
2. Discord Server Subscriptions
Inco integrates natively with Discord Server Subscriptions within the Mutual Hub to enable seamless, platform-managed payments:
How It Works:
- Users subscribe to Plus or Pro directly in Discord using Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, or credit card.
- Discord automatically grants the user a subscriber role inside the Mutual Hub:
MUTUAL_HUB_PLUS_ROLE_ID→ Activates Plus tier across all servers.MUTUAL_HUB_PRO_ROLE_ID→ Activates Pro tier across all servers.
- When Inco verifies permissions, it queries member roles in the Mutual Hub in real-time, instantly honoring their privileges everywhere.
3. Community Hub & Support
The Hub is also the central community space for Inco users:
- Support Tickets: Private assistance for payment verification, bug reports, and account questions.
- Feature Voting: Suggest and vote on new features for upcoming releases.
- Status Announcements: Real-time service status, maintenance updates, and Discord API outage notifications.
