Terms of Service

Follow Discord’s rules. Do not use Inco for harassment, threats, spam, links, illegal content, or to get around blocks. Paid perks are non-refundable once claimed, and breaking the rules can end your access without a refund.

Please review these Terms of Service ("Terms") thoroughly before authorizing, inviting, or interacting with the Inco Discord Application, its interactive components, and associated platforms (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or utilizing the Service, you confirm your legal capacity and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not consent to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the Service.

1. Compatibility and Platform Requirements

The Service functions strictly as a third-party application integrated within the Discord platform. Your usage is subject to full compliance with:

Failure to adhere to Discord's platform policies while using the Service constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

The Service is not directed to individuals under the minimum age specified by Discord in their jurisdiction (13 years of age, or higher depending on national laws, e.g., 16 in certain EU member states). By utilizing the Service, you represent and warrant that you fulfill the applicable statutory age criteria.

3. Acceptable Use and Anonymous Messaging Conduct

Inco enables anonymous dispatch of inquiries directly into recipient direct messages (DMs). You agree to assume exclusive legal and operational liability for any text or media transmitted via your account.

You expressly agree NOT to use the Service to:

  1. Transmit, broadcast, or promote hate speech, systemic harassment, defamation, threats of violence, self-harm incitement, or stalking behavior.
  2. Distribute unsolicited promotional materials, pyramid schemes, unauthorized invitations, or deceptive hyperlinks (including phishing links and token-grabbers).
  3. Transmit Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or sexually explicit non-consensual imagery.
  4. Execute automated vulnerability exploitation, bot-net farming, or deliberate Denial of Service (DoS) behaviors against our infrastructure or Discord's Gateway.
  5. Attempt to circumvent, tamper with, or engineer workarounds for the Service's administrative blocks or recipient-level shadow block relations.

Violation of acceptable use mandates shall lead to immediate termination of access, revocation of premium tiers without refund, and potential referral to Discord Trust & Safety or relevant law enforcement authorities.

4. Commercial Framework, Subscriptions & Redemptions

  1. Tier Features: Inco offers Free, Plus, and Pro tiers as outlined in our functional documentation. Features are subject to ongoing iterative updates.
  2. Discord Server Subscriptions: Subscriptions executed through Discord's native billing system are processed directly by Discord. Cancellation, renewal schedules, and tax assessments are governed exclusively by Discord's payment framework.
  3. Gift Codes & Regional Automation: Redemption codes, vouchers, and authorized regional payment methods (e.g., TrueMoney automated redemptions) represent non-refundable digital goods once claimed.
  4. No Prorated Credits: Discontinuation of service resulting from policy infractions or voluntary cancellation will not entitle the user to prorated refunds.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All source software, brand identifiers, logo assets, UI design paradigms, and textual assets belonging to Inco remain the proprietary intellectual property of Inco Studio. You are granted an individual, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the service within standard functional parameters.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. INCO STUDIO EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER STATUTORY, EXPRESS, OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE DEFECT-FREE OR IMMUNE FROM DISCORD API OUTAGES.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE JURISDICTIONAL LAW, INCO STUDIO AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO, INABILITY TO ACCESS, OR CONTENT TRANSMITTED THROUGH THE SERVICE.

8. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at our discretion. Notice of substantial revisions will be broadcast through official announcement channels within the Inco Mutual Hub. Continued engagement with the Service following published amendments designates legal ratification of modified Terms.
