How to pay
You can upgrade your account in two ways:
- Voucher redemption: Create a TrueMoney gift voucher for US$ 1.49 (Plus) or US$ 3.49 (Pro) equivalent, copy the link, and run
/redeem [voucher_url]. Your account upgrades for 1 month instantly. - Discord Server Subscriptions: Join the Inco Mutual Hub and subscribe natively with Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, or any card. Your role and perks sync automatically across all servers.
When a subscription ends
If a Discord subscription expires or is canceled, your account reverts to Free. Your inbox will use the standard 3-hour buffer, paused when Inco is in your status. No user data, question history, or blocklist relations are ever deleted.

Frequently asked questions
Are sender clues full usernames or tags?
No. Clues are account attributes (Nitro badge presence, account creation year, HypeSquad house, scrambled fragment). They never reveal a user's full tag or ID to preserve recipient privacy and conversation dynamics.
Can I gift a Plus or Pro subscription to a friend?
Yes. Any user can create a gift voucher and pass the code to a friend. When the friend runs /redeem with the voucher link, their account upgrades immediately for 1 month.
What payment methods are supported?
You can pay via TrueMoney gift vouchers directly inside Discord using /redeem, or subscribe natively through Discord Server Subscriptions in the Inco Mutual Hub with Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, or credit/debit cards.
What happens when my subscription ends?
If a Discord subscription expires or is canceled, your account reverts cleanly to the Free tier. No user data, question history, or blocklist relations are ever deleted.
Are payments refundable?
Voucher redemptions are non-refundable once claimed. Discord Server Subscriptions follow Discord's standard payment policies.
